I needed bread again, so decided it was time to get baking.  I was inspired by my friend Anne's photo on Facebook, so I decided to go fancy - six strand braided challah bread. It ended up more dense than I think it is supposed to be, but it was still yummy! Made for a really good tuna melt, too - something about the dense texture and the slight sweetness made it really yummy!
