I have fresh raspberries!!
In 2009 I got a few plants from Jason and Leonie. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've had fruit from them. I had been watching them for a while and today as I was loading the vehicle for vacation, I spotted about a half dozen that were prime for picking (obviously not the centre one though). Nothing like fresh picked raspberries! |

Last night was Fun Night - the kids (there are so! many! kids! I love it!) sang a few songs, the girls put on a hilarious play, and we played some crazy games, like this one. The team who made the tallest unsupported balloon tower won - and ours made it! Another hilarious little addition to the evening games - every time the music started, everyone would have to stop what they were doing and dance! The last team with members not dancing would lose points. Such a fun evening! |
