It's my birthday eve! I spent the afternoon making birthday cake and cupcakes for my classes tomorrow, then went down to Jim and Laura's for a birthday supper with them and Sang and Sung Park, Korean missionaries with another organization.  We had pizza! Which meant cheese! And water with ice! And cake with ICE CREAM! Another Korean couple gave Jim and Laura this powder that you mix with milk and put in the freezer and it makes ice cream! THAT is an AMAZING treat here in Korr!
