Cooking up a storm this week, apparently! I was given some avocados (YUM!) so decided to make some home made... well, everything! Salsa, guacamole, and tortillas.  I don't think I'll ever enjoy store-bought tortillas again - home made ones are SO yummy! And I'm getting better at making them more round(ish) too!
