In addition to Uhuru Park, we headed over to the Nairobi National Museum. The grounds were beautiful and held many pieces of art, including this steel rhino. After walking around outside and getting four caches, we went in and enjoyed the many displays. I highly recommend it but plan to spend several hours.

Hillary's View
Part of our day today took us to Uhuru Park, where there are all kinds of things to do - rent paddle boats, go on some fairground rides, and yep, ride a camel! About $2.50 got us a little ride along the edge of the lagoon and back. Cause, ya know, we weren't already attracting attention for just being mzungus! Kevin must love me a lot for going along with my crazy whims! :p |
