Today I went to Lake Louise for a hike and I realized it was probably the first time I have been there in the summer. As I walked along the shore waiting for the others to arrive, I remembered the first photo I ever saw of Hillary. I thought I would try to match it as best I could. I've included the original which I scammed from her facebook profile pictures... :)

Rafting the Nile! The white arrow is me. :) The first rapid we hit was a class five - the biggest rapids rafts are allowed to go on. Nothin' like starting us off slow! There were four more class fives and three or four class fours. We only flipped twice (Wheee!!!), and I enjoyed several more swims in the Nile during calmer stretches. I did a flip off the boat for good measure! What a day! |
